Beginner sewer here! I’m making dress similar to this, but i’m only using netting underneath. What is tulle and why did you use it? Also, do you remember the length in inches you used for the skirt?

hi…sorry I haven’t replied in a year (I haven’t been on here is soooooooooo long) Tulle is a softer form of netting that I uses as the top few layers to make it look lighter and softer….as for measurements, I’m sorry, but I don’t remember!!!
