I found this pattern in Burdastyle’s 6/2013 issue #128. It’s two dresses but it’s really easy effort in making each one. I did take in the bodice portion another 5/8 of an inch because it was a bit too blousy but that’s about it. The elastic makes it nice to just pull over your head and go!
I used a light polyester fabric and I’m glad I did because I like the way it flows and it’s lightweight enough for the hot summer days.
I will definitely make more of this pattern.
2 yards of polyester for dress, 2 yards of lining for underdress, 3/4 inch elastic
