My second attempt at the Larissa biker jacket! Made out of black imitation leather and snakeskin satin lining. This one was a lot more difficult than my first try. The lining all fell apart as the edges of the satin frayed through all my stitching :( I had to touch them all up with clear nail polish and re-sew them all.
This was my first attempt at pockets and I like the way they turned out.
It felt a tad plain when I finished it so I decided to add some silver cone studs I had lying around.
If I make another Larissa I think I will skip the pleat steps and use the back lining pattern (piece 21) instead.
Black imitation leather, satin snakeskin lining, clear nail polish for seam sealing.
Silver pyramid studs for the shoulder taps and collar corners, silver cone studs for lapel decoration.
