I alterd the Lydia Shirt in an A-Line dress with pockets in the sideseams.
I added a blouse element on the neckline and shortened the sleeves.

I love it! Love the contrasting neckline, belt and sleeve cuffs! And the shorter sleeves look much better, in my opinion!
