I’ve decided I like animals prints, and not THAT sort of animal print, I’m not really a fan of looking like a Flintstones character. I cut out the pattern pieces and then I spent two days painting on the horses. I used a burda magazine pattern but eliminated the welt pockets on the back, so that the print would be preserved. I only spent two hours sewing it all together. Somehow the horses on the front aligned perfectly. My other favourite horse is the one with three legs in photo two.

Just plain old acrylic. Ideally I would have had a textile medium in it but it worked fine.

The first thing I noticed was how the horses are aligned in the front. That is really something and I cannot imagine being able to accomplish it myself. Congratulations! Also, I love your pictures. Congratulations on your work!

I love the fact that the print do match “from leg to leg” , you understand me? It tells me something about the approach to the project – no detail is to small!
