I love black and white together! I added a chevron to the center front seam (sorry but that’s the only place I bothered with matching the stripes).
I used Simplicity 1803 I did make a few changes to the pattern…
The fit is a little looser than i’d like, but I do enjoy how this dress makes me feel ladylike!
Plain weave poly/cotton stripe material (from lincraft at about $5 per meter it was half price), Invisible zip, Gtermann polyester thread, Iron on interfacing (for facings)
