This dress is a reminder for me of why sewing is so awesome. My body ratios are not ready-to-wear friendly (small bust and waist, hips to be reckoned with), and I’ve never been able to wear sheath dresses as a result. I made this dress for my birthday, I customized the fit, and I feel amazing in it. I also adjusted the position of the straps after reading Kathy’s review here. I also added side panels to the skirt.
