I made this dress to wear to my birthday picnic for my 22nd birthday this past October. I made it using the Eclair dress pattern from Colette Patterns. It was super easy to make and came together without a hitch. It was the first time I had done a fully lined dress and also the last time I had used an invisible zipper. I was very impressed with how this dress came out and everyone loved it at my barbecue.

Great job.
I love the Colette patterns. I made the Beignet skirt and found the pattern and the instructions a dream to work with. The skirt came out wonderfully and was super flattering.

Thank you! They are great patterns aren’t they. I am actually in the middle of making the Beignet skirt at the moment. I am hoping to have it finished at the start of next week. And I heard that the next line of Colette patterns are going to be ready for preorder in like a month.
