Excuse the daft picture i was trying to flap…Thanks again to AnaJan and her amazing patterns here’s my version of the dots invasion…but with tiny birds :-) shortened the length also for a little summer dress (crazy really as it hasn’t stopped raining for about 2 weeks). Fantastic pattern to follow very clear and easy.
Oh…and a little wristlet purse thing with the leftovers just for fun.
‘Park Slope’ Birds cotton
some kind of black crepe stuff i had as scraps, zip

Oh, wow! This is beautiful. I didn’t really like the dress pattern, but if something like this came out of it, I should give it a shot. =] The fabric is lovely, by the way.

Emlj, you’re getting better and better. The dress turned out really cute, and I love those birds. And, thank you for posting pictures, I am really flattered you use my patterns. Did you have fitting problems with this one? I have just realized that this pattern has a bit more ease than the African dress.

Wow I liked this one… was it hard sewing the bustpart? The black straps?
When it comes to rain… Think of it as a very good thing cus then you can sew a lot =)

This is really great! And really suits you! I might have to get over my pattern phobia and have a go at making one of these for myself! Well done!
