I made this top as a Christmas present for my sister and I am happy to report that it was a success. All seams are french seamed and the neck and armholes are faced with bias binding.

haha, when I saw your birthday birthday top i thought that maybe I could try making something similar of one of the ikea bird prints. (hope that would be ok?) I have this fabric and the green one at home and want to use one of the two to line a parka. I just can’t decide which one and therefore I don’t know which one is free to become something else. aah! Yours definitely looks great! The shape of the top is so lovely!
