I bought the feather piece and crystals from Bj Trimming.
I bought russian tulle, its sturdier, I folded the tulle in two, and rounded the corners, attached it to the comb, put it on my friend head to style, i positioned it cut it and ten attached the feather with hot glue. I added the crystals one by one.
