Description

this is a very basic a-line skirt i made with some vintage fabric. the fabric is covered in biplanes and parachuting men, with fluoro green clouds on a fire engine red background. i think the fabric is from about the 1970s, and it was probably originally supposed to be used for curtains in a boy’s bedroom, but i thought it would make a fun skirt. it has four red buttons on the back closure (no photo of them, but i may add one later). it is also lined with plain white cotton, because the fabric by itself was too thin.

Material Notes

vintage cotton, plain white cotton lining, red plastic buttons.
