i sized the danielle-pattern up to a 46/48 and this is what came out. I realy like it. The pic is taken after a day of wearing, so don’t look too close, it’s kind of not ironed anymore ;)
I had to shorten the backpart, give some lenght to hide my knees and I lined the upper part, leaving out sleeves….I did look at the how to for sewing natural looking bust darts, but they aren’t natural enough….(my mistake…)
brown cotton (3 € per meter) brown zipper (40 cm) squared fabric for lining
me for sewing my first dress ever and burdastyle for the pattern….oh – and all the other danielles on burdastyle – they realy made me wan’t to have one! Thank you for showing!

Moinmoin!

yes, I made the waist band wider, petite waist bands are for petite girls :)
thank you for your warm words, though!

Nice job with the resizing especially for your first dress! Fits you really well! It looks like you made the waist band wider, too. I should have done that with mine – I think it looks a lot better. I tried doing the natural bust darts, too, and I think I need more practise cause it didn’t work for me either! Still pointy :P
