Delta Jct., Alas...
I absolutely love tote bags with an interesting element, like this big patterned apple with frayed edges. I’ve been currently on a tote bag spree creating anything and everything from scrapes that I had left over. But was stuck in place when I had a single circular piece of the printed berry fabric. I’ve used up the rest of the berry scraps and didn’t incorporate this large piece into a separate berry bombarded tote. So my daughter suggested a large apple tilted to the side with frayed edges. I also added a cut out within the apple to give it a fun appearance of gloss. The tote bag was finished off with top stitching and a Hashemesh tag stitched near the handles.
The tote bags body, lining and handles are 100% cotton muslin. The apple in the berry print fabric is 100% cotton.
We're wishing Meg a happy birthday with 50% off her favorite patterns.
