Another bias skirt using the really simple, straight-forward pattern from 101 One Yard Wonders.
The pattern in the book intends for it to be unlined with the hem at the waist turned town to make an elastic casing. I wanted to line mine so I just sewed the lining to the skirt at the waist and then top-stitched a seam most of the way around about 6/8" below to make the elastic casing. Pretty easy.
I hand-sewed the hem on the skirt (not the lining).
