i was experimenting with bias and different cuts of fabric to achieve frills rather than the normal gathering. im quite pleased with the result, i made it slightly larger so that my mom and i can share =) ive also got a fabric covered button on the front for closure. im planing to wear it to school as part of my uniform hehe. im quite excited to wear it on monday.
