Description

This is the second version of the first “Bewitching” design. Made in lovely Autumn colors. Sewing in miniature (for me) is both challenging and rewarding (especially when my design turns out like I envisioned it!) The doll in the pictures is about 25 inches tall.

Material Notes

The chemise is made of a pale beige crinkle gauze. The corset is of kid leather dyed a lovely shade of muted green and laces up with rust colored ribbon. The attached overskirt is made of a tie-dyed sheer rayon georgette.

Tricky task, sewing for miniature. When I saw the thumbnail, I was pretty sure it was a girl in the picture, not a doll. Great job!

Yeah….thumbnails are interesting. Often times when you click on one, you find it wasn’t what you thought it was! LOL! I love the challenge of sewing in miniature. You sometimes have to re-invent some methods when sewing so small because regular methods (like seam lines, hems, crossed seams, etc.) don’t always work when sewing so small.
