I struggled with this as I hardly make bags and I need someone to show me what needs to be done rather than reading text. Images help me a lot. I messed this up twice and actually have the pocket facing the wrong way lol. Never mind I will try again at a later date. . . .
Had to enlarge the pattern as I love big bags and make it a little more square. I am a mother so need to cram as much nappies, bottles, baby wipes, makeup, and food in there as I can. I resized it by adding at least another 5 inches all round and added a solid handle rather than a tied one as the tied ones always hurt my shoulders with the amount of things I have in the bag.
I used an old curtain from the second hand shop and for the inside I used a pink shower curtain from the second hand shop. Each costing £3 each.
