I saw this kind of skirt somewhere, unfortunately I can’t remember where, but it was inspiration enough to make my own =)
It is absolutely adorable and it is quite simple to make, too!
I only used a isosceles trapezoid as my waistband and a simple rectangle for the skirt part (see sketch). And like my underbust pinafore dress I used my serger and different colored thread to hem it
cotton, zipper and a little bead for the zipper, but it already fell off -.-
