Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Here is another wire hem tulle skirt! This time I went with blue and added a darker blue layer of tulle underneath to make it fuller and to add more color. The skirt is fully lined with a soft flannel fabric and has an elastic waistband also covered with soft flannel with the comfort of the newborn in mind. For the headband I just gathered a couple of strips of left over tulle and basted then to a pre-made headband (that I shortened to make newborn size). Next is purple :-)
