My husband is mortified that his baby girl is a saloon girl, but I think she’s adorable! Plus her older brother is dressing up as a cowboy and I like sticking with a theme :)
Here is the link to her brother, the Colorin’ Cowboy : http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/bernina-halloween-2011-colorin-cowboy
I used mostly red satin (not my favorite material to work with) for the dress and the bloomers, the petticoat thing is black matte tulle and I used ribbon for the embellishment on the bodice. Her tights are just a pair of my dress socks.

That is so awesome! My sister-in-law always does a theme. Last year the oldest boy was a scuba diver, the youngest a shark and the dog was a sun bather (in a bikini)!
