Kurt Cobain has been a constant artistic influence in my life, therefore I decide I must duck tape my boobs, attach scruffy facial hair, thrift and reconstruct the right ensemble to coordinate with the same look he rocked at the MVA.. (red sun glasses, blonde wig I styled as rockstar hair, with fake blood wound from the fake shotgun I carried around, a baby doll and baby bottle for a Frances look alike me and my boyfriend babysat all night (Courtney Love with the most gigantic thrifted red pumps, torn panty-hose and over sized bra and white slip.. plus red lipstick and black eyeliner to complete the look and sincerely, yet satirically paying homage to one of my favorite artist’s Kurt Cobain.

Material Notes
Reconstructed thrift-store clothes turned into costumes, fake blood, baby doll, baby bottle, styled and cut blonde wigs, huge women's red leather pumps to fit my boyfriend and laugh as he walked around impersonating Courtney Love.

I love it! And also have to agree with ichigogogirl. Isnt there a saying “if you haven´t anything good to say, don´t say anything at all”? In Germany there is and that applies to the rating. Why bother rating if you don´t like it. Especially if someone else put that much thought in it. :D

Cool, you really look like them!
I can’t believe the people on this site who rate stuff with a 1. In this case it’s probably due to the finger in pic 2 (which is acting, that should be obvious) and because you don’t seem to have stitched much but thrifted instead, but c’mon fellow Burdastyle-folks, don’t rate at all then… this is a fabulous home-made costume (two actually), imho!
