I absolutely love the kids’ book If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and came up with this costume for my baby girl.
The overalls are made from the legs of my husband's old (completely disintegrated) jeans. The mouse part of the costume is a grey velourish hooded sweatshirt I made by looking at her other ones. I attached the ears by basting them on so they can be removed after Halloween. The cookie is made with tan home dec fabric with felt chocolate chips and stuffed with quilting batting.
