Description
I love the movie Hot Rod and was looking to make a costume I could wear out on Halloween and not be cold. I pretty much just winged this from pants and a shirt pattern that I frankensteined together. I tried to follow the suit from the movie but make it a little more fitted and feminine. After two days of sewing I got to do the funnest part, making it look worn in.

Jane,
I came across your Hot Rod costume and you are da Bomb!! I’ve been looking for a costume like this for Halloween for weeks, it’s my favorite movie and I wanted to see if you had seen it anywhere or if you happen to have one or would be wiling to make one for me…..I know this is such last notice but I just found your post.
