This is what I will be wearing for Halloween this year. Me and my friend are going as girl versions of Buzz Lightyear and Woody from Toy Story. I made my Buzz dress from dixiediy’s T-Shirt Mini Dress pattern and added felt to the front for the chest piece. I made a belt out of black fabric I had laying around my house and I hot glued felt to an old pair of boots to finish it off. The gloves and wings are store bought. For the Woody costume, the shirt was thrifted, we drew the red lines on with a fabric paint pen. I made the vest using leftover cow print material I had leftover. The hat was painted and ModPodged over and faux suede trim was woven through it.
What you can’t see is that both of our shoes have Andy’s name painted on the bottom (because Andy in the movie wrote his name on his toys), and Woody has a working pull string made from a retractable ID badge holder and foil hot glued together and painted white for the pull ring.
Cotton knit, felt.
