a yummy cupcake… mmmm.
I used a small laundry basket as the base, cut out the bottom. I then folded heavy fleece batting and stitched every two inches to create the “foil” look. Next I covered it in silver satin and decorated it with large ric rack and lace.
For the top.. I stitched a shirt-like top to the base, on top of that I stitched a minky fabric for the “frosting”… then stuffed with polyfil to make make it fluffy. Lastly I cut out felt sprinkles.
