Description

this was my homecoming dress
It’s a belted shift, and for the pattern i just traced a tunic shirt i had that fitted nicely.
The fabric was actually a bed sheet, because I reallly liked the print :3
the collar and belt is a fabulous purple :], though I think sometimes it’s more violet..

Aww, this is such a sweet dress! I love the way you paired the purple and the bedsheet together…classy. It’s really encouraging for me to see something made out of a sheet because I’m always afraid to try it. I’ll have to give it a stab now. =]

The dress is beautiful. Yes, I like the print too and you used it wisely as a border. The colours are so soft – I would have used some softer shade of the present colours to make the border though.. Nonetheless, the dress is great.
