Burda Style For people who sew
Description
based losely on belle’s balldress in disney’s beauty and the beast. my sister started making this a year ago for a costume party, she finally had another party to wear it to so she came over to borrow my sewing machine and finish it off. we used elastic to make the drapey bits and sewed that onto an underskirt to go under the dress. the shoulder bit is just a tube of the yellow satin gathered in the front.
