Description

The first pair of pants I’ve ever made in my entire life and I’m so pleased with the result! I used some sort of stretchy plaid fabric (which was not supposed to fray very much according to the ladies at Fabricland). I bet their pants are on fire right now!!! I ended up taking the garment to my great aunt’s house to use her serger to stop my Bellas from disintegrating before I’d even finished, so now it’s all good!

This is a great pattern, I can’t wait to make a pair of lightweight denim ones for more casual wear; this version will be good for work though. I will probably not do the pocket pleats in the future though as I’m a bit concerned of adding “extra bulk” to my frame.

Material Notes

Some sort of cotton-poly blend with a bit of stretch.

I love your pants. They look great on you. I meant to give it a higher rating but clicked too soon. I don’t appear to be able to change it once I voted. Sorry!

Hahaha that’s ok. I’m sure I deserve some points off for my poor bra choice, lol!

Thanks for the compliments though =)
