I got the idea for this dress when I saw an equal dress in a magazine.
The original dress was made of pale rose fabric. I’m not a rose girl so instead I used beige velvet.
For the basic dress I made a simple long sleeve dress and added a second front.
On the left side seam I sewed the upper front in and whipstitched it on the right side.
The result is an unsymmetric front.
