This was a project for the Bernina/Linda Lee Fashion Show and basically used her top pattern, the Trio Top and for the bottoms I used the Valencia Pants. The most fun was that, in honor of my long lost dreds, I created quills of wrapped fabric that clip, via fishing tackle hidden cleverly under a flap on the back of the top. Almost as fun as that, I created the beads for closure of the top with lampwork. That’s hot, very hot, in fact flaming.. in my basement, I set up the torch and with rods of glass melted it into matching nugglets of color!
