Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Another version of my favorite pattern Sadie, this by far is the best thing I have made this summer! It took me this entire weekend filled with broken zippers, to making oodles of those adorable origami flowers, to running out of the fabric I had originally chosen to use, yet now it est finis! yay!
Last week I had planned on using more vintage lace to make the front skirt panel look like an apron piece, yet once I saw the origami flower pattern I knew what I must do! I had just enough materials to make the flowers, some bias tape, and reinforce the hood(which I love) and cannot be happier with the way it turned out.
Material Notes
Plain cotton fabric used, along with one invisible zipper and an entire spool of thread.
