These slippers are basically like ballet flats. They are made to be worn around the house. I originally wanted to bead the entire shoe but I got lazy and ended up liking them the way they are. This is the second pair, the first were not beaded at all and these are not completely “polished” but I like them. I used fabric remnants and lined the bottom with suede because I have hardwood floors and they were very slippery without the suede.
The shoe pattern is loosely based on a felt shoe pattern on Martha Stewart.com. here’s the link…

the slipper is made from upholstery remnants. There is also suede on the bottom to make it anti-skid.
