Beach bum skirt

Whipped up just in time for vacation, and I only wish I’d been wearing this skirt all summer long. IKEA linen blend, muslin lining, invisible zip. I had slight issues with the pocket placement, although I’m pretty sure they’re done correctly. Anyone else think it’s odd how the inner piece the pockets are sewn to bunches up due to the gathered over skirt?

I must of missed this one Honey – very sweet and very summery! Ikea fabrics are great in their simplicity, aren’t they? That print is just so simple and fab. I my fav thing about this skirt – it looks mighty comfy! (It looks cute too – but at the mo my prime concern is comfort!) x

It is comfy! And I can keep training treats for my pooch in the pockets! I’ve turned into a comfort-above-all-else girl, too :)
