Last year I discovered the BBC drama series ‘the House of Eliott ’ and was hooked through all three series . I’d not thought myself that drawn to 1920s styles , but there is so much fashion to see in this series that it really opened my eyes to that period . I especially loved how Bea and Evie would have matching ensembles, velvet coats with matching hats and gloves and scarfs all in the same fabric . So thats where the inspiration for this scarf came from . Im very happy with how it turned out, its definetely very different from my usual wooly scarves.
blue velvet ,originally a blouse from charity. paisley fabric , thread
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
