This is a navy blue cotton A-line dress, with puff sleeves. I inserted two parts at the front to form a kind of bib. They are pleated and have three red buttons. I copied the basic outline from a shift dress I already had.
Dark blue cotton, elastic, red buttons, red bias binding.

I like this dress very much, it has got such nice details. By the way… I really like your whole creations, I found it fascinating how you copy your clothes ( especially the pair of trousers you made must have been really difficult)
Carry one….

I like the dress a lot. I think if you add bindings around the sleeves, it will add nice touch.

Thanks guys! It took me absolutely ages to insert the front pieces – I don’t have a dress form so I had to do it by hanging it over chairs and stuff, so frustrating! But finally I got them to lie flat, and the pleats match up (near enough). I was going to also put red binding around the sleeves, but I’m still undecided.

I like the bib as well, and the red contrasting.

I like the pleating on the bib— it adds a nice detail to an otherwise simple dress.
