This is a built by wendy pattern.
The only mods on this pattern were I did one gather in the middle of the back instead of 2 under each shoulder, and I shortened the tieback. I got this fabric on sale and the whole thing, thread and pattern and fabric included, cost me roughly 5.50 to make.

Thanks so much everyone! It was my first top I made for myself. I didn’t expect it to turn out near half as good as it did- let alone have it fit! The pattern is one of the simplicty ones- its 3964 and you can get it at your local craft store i’m sure.
