Description

This is a simplicity pattern. I’ve had trouble with it in the past but decided to tackle it again and finally got through it!

I tried this pattern too. It was very frustrating and I gave up. Yours looks pretty. I like your brown fabric very much. Awesome!

it’s funny you ask! i did topstitch the blue section but i didn’t do the facing because i found it too difficult. I also did the neck binding in my own way because i couldn’t quite figure out the instructions for that either! :D My first attempt at this ended up in the trash out of frustration. I’m hoping if I make it again I will understand it better :)

Wow! I’m impressed, I have that very pattern and I failed in making anything like it. Did you make any sense of the instructions? Did you top stitch the blue section onto the other fabric? I was making it in such a bad way, the blue section was losing shape, it ended up in the drawer to worry about another time. :(
