When I saw this blouse in the magazine, I knew – I must have this blouse. As it turned out – I was not the only one :-). In every course I was sewing at least one of the course participant sewed this blouse as well, in some courses even 3 participants. Also, the sewing master could not resist and had to sew this blouse for her older daughter. It was immediately clear to me – it is one pepita. So, I went and bought a cotton, as I had in mymind as a picture. And who would have thought that I really lies in the choice of material. Our summer this year is so cold that I wear this blouse uninterrupted :-). I hardly even had time to take a picture of it. All love this blouse ! And how many versions of it I saw ! With ruffles and lace, with elastic bands and ribbons, etc. … It looks so unassuming, yet it has triggered a boom.
It takes only two hours to sew, even when in case of less experience.

I completely agree, it is a top I made as well few days before you posted this, basically as soon as the magazine appeared on the shelves. I was so keen to wear it, that I had it on tucked in my skirt before I even finished the bottom part of it. This is one clear classic winner!

Hi Anne,
I think you should make some of them for yourself… they would match to your latest trousers collection! ;-)

It would! I have some silk somewhere in my cupboard…..
Aug 19, 2011, 07.12 PMby apfelbluete
I love silk! Silk is the best material of all fabrics.
You need only 1,3-1,6 meter…
