i made a batwing top from one of the free patterns on here.. it came out pretty good, i must say, for it not having any instructions..

    You did well on following your own instincts, it’s pretty simple to make, the V-neck is the most difficult, but another easy way is to just add a scoop neckline if you find the mitred-V-neck too hard. I love it in stripes, well done. Sorry about the missing instructions, my first time uploading a pattern, next time will hopefully get it right!

    yeah, i downloaded the pattern and the instructions from the “print at copy shop” option and they’re quite detailed, but you did a great job on your own there. if you go to the instructions link from the pattern page, she also links to a technique on inserting v necks.
