I wanted a ruffly blouse, and the JJ seemed like a decent match for the style that exists only in my feeble brain. This was so easy! I graded down to a 32 and did shorten it by a few inches because I am short. I probably could take it in a little more at the princess seams as I feel there is still some excess fabric at the back, but all in all I like the fit. I will do this again with less ruffles (it’s so ruffly! I feel puffy in it and it is hard to wear a sweater over it). I also made the pencil skirt but it is just a basic pencil skirt made out of gray suiting…nothing too exciting.
Stretch cotton/lycra shirting with a vertical stripe woven into the fabric.
