Description

This is my gray jacket. It has poof sleeves and princes seams.I wanted it to have all the bells and whistles including interior pockets. I used a new “trick” for setting in the sleeves, which I share on my blog.

Making this jacket is really out of my comfort zone. I am taking an advance sewing class and this is my project. I am going to line it and I know this is going to be a challenge. I see that your jacket is lined. Do you have any suggestions since the pattern does not have lining pattern pieces?

Your jacket is very lovely. Nice job !

Thank you. The first time I made a lined jacket I used a pattern that included lining pattern pieces and directions. That was really how I learned to sew in a lining. After that it was simple to line any jacket that I wanted.
