This basic dress I made using the old Burda ’99 pattern.
I made it without the lining, it was not necessary because of the fabric self.
I like to where it for my work, it is comfortable and elegant at the same time

Thank you all for nice comments peaudane: I do not know if this pattern is famous, I just liked it a lot. I found it in one of the Burdas from ’99, I do not know anymore which one it was. lauriana:I bought this fabric in my favourite fabrics shop in Rijssen. I was happy with buying of the last piece of it, it was only 1,5 m left. At Stoffenbeurs I unfortunately also did not find any nice black cotton with prints.

Nice dress! Simple and elegant. Is this a fabric you bought at the Stoffenbeurs? I was looking for cotton in nice prints when it was held in Den Haag, but didn’t find any.

Nice dress! I’m not sure I understand. Is this a famous dress pattern? Is it out of print?
