The cotton I used for this dress feels wonderful. Dress can be worn on its own in the summer, or over a collared shirt with tights in winter. My favourite part is the front and back pleats. The only change I made was the ribbon. It was meant to tie in the back, but I sewed it in to the zipper, for a more tailored look. I had to size up the skirt, since the pattern was for juniors. If I use the pattern again, I am going to go for more of a pencil skirt.
