I bought this skirt about two years ago, from a consignment store, because I love the prints. Haven’t worn it much because the skirt hangs low, way past my knee, at the widest point of the calf, the fastest way to Dowdyville. Instead of just shortening it (and therefore would have to spend a couple of hours of blindstitching), I made it into a balloon hem skirt.

Full or A-line skirt or dress in lightweight, drapey fabric (silk-like) with lining.
