Description
Get a regular coat that’s a bit A-line or big and simply make a little hole to thread some elasticated cord into the hem.
Then feed it round the hem and remember to attach a Toggle at each end so you can adjust the length and stop from pulling through.
Gather to get the puffed out ‘Balloon’ look.
