wow, i can’t believe that this is what i choose to post for the first time here as a finished project. i guess i haven’t gotten around to photographing the actual clothing i’ve made. this was the easiest and cheapest halloween costume ever. and it’s upcycled!!! made from a few old marathon finish line mylar blankets i had saved to stay warm at the start of future marathons. i guess i haven’t run many cold races lately….i was shocked that i could actually run this slippery material through a sewing machine, but it sews up pretty easily!!!
it got super interesting after a few drinks when i realized that i could pull it up over my mouth and self inflate it….
