A ballet wrap skirt is super easy to make, but it’s taken me quite a lot of trial and error to find the right flattering shape that looks polished and pretty for class, but not frou-frou and little kiddy. I’ve posted the pattern for this simple ballet skirt for adults (should fit at least sizes XS-M) on my blog
polyester chiffon, grosgrain ribbon

Oooh, this so makes me miss my ballet days! I think this print is gorgeous, and I love your pose. Is it strange that the thing I miss most about dance class is the clothes?

Ah the ever ellusive wrap skirt pattern. Many a costumier has spent a great deal of time perfecting their own version. :) This looks lovely in that delicate floral fabric.

Aaaah…. you you you, I so envy you, you dance ballet? I was stupid when I was five and gave it up (I LIKED it, so I don’t understand why). Now I love dancing, but look more like a duck than a swan when I do. I am so jealous… (maybe if I get famous I can take part in “Let’s dance”, heeehe). Oh, the skirt is very nice and adult-looking :-)! And I love your shoes (so would my niece)!

I ’d thought to be original and write"beautiful" but really I cannot….too envious… can you dance, TOO?
