Hi Alizwa!
Yes, it´s elastic in the legs also and since I´m swedish I don´t know how to describe or maybe spell right how you can do the pants.
I´ll try, but it will be short and I guess “not so good” at all ;)
I had a very simlpe pattern from ONION (danish company).
The pant is 66 cm around the waist and a bit A-shaped in the bottom/leg and around one of the leg it is 42 cm´s.
The hole pant is from waist to bottom 69 cm´s BEFORE they are sewed up.
This is to a 4-year old.
Then I ironed up 1 cm around the waist, then iron 2.8 cm and pin around the waist.
Sew and leave a small piece and pull(?) in a 2 cm elastic,
Then sew the last little bit in the waist together,
Iron upp 1 cm around the legs and then 2 cm more and save a little bit open and pull in a 1.5 cm´s elastic.
Close the small little open pieces in both legs.
And then you are finished.
This was not so very good, I hope you understod something or had some use of it. /
