A place to store plastic bags between uses. It has a buttoned tab on the top to easily hang it anywhere, and elastic in the top and bottom.

My Home Ec teacher from highschool
We made this in grade 9 home ec, but at that time used broad cloth and a draw-string in the top instead of elastic. She also came up with the silly name for it… but it stuck!
My memory, for actually retaining the info from over a decade ago! :)
